What happens when it’s time to write the weekend post, but you don’t have any weekend plans? Well, that’s the position I find myself in this week. I’ve got nothing, literally nothing. Let me lay it out for you.
Thursday: We usually don’t do a lot on Thursday nights and this one figures to be pretty standard. We just got Che on blu-ray from Netflix so maybe we’ll end up watching that.
Friday: The Cotton Jones show at The Showroom looks interesting, but I’m not sure if we’ll make it out or not.
Saturday: I’ll be writing Blog Report, but after than I’m totally open. Which isn’t a bad thing necessarily.
Sunday: Video-O-Rama and Monday’s Flying Oskar. Sunday’s are very Spark-centered days for me.
There it is. It looks pretty pathetic doesn’t it? I’ll bet you’re much cooler than I am, and have weekend plans that would make my head spin. Well bring ‘em out big guy (or girl). Show me what’s up. Maybe all that cool stuff will rub off on me.

I am such a font of wonderful activity….well not really
Friday: do stuff around the house, then work.
Saturday: look out the window, If it is not ice covered outside,,then work
Sunday: church, do some fine tuning on next week’s Miss Mom (sorry not video this time) and more work on a short play I am working on for my church…hopefully laziness can ensue somewhere in there.
See? such excitement! Don’t you want to have an exciting weekend just like mine?
The only thing I want to do this weekend is see the Van Dangs play tonight (Friday) at Delaneys!!! And I want everyone to come out and meet me there!!
I appear to be coming down with whatever it is my wife had earlier this week. A sort of flu-ish thing. Between that and the ice storm, any plans I might have had are totally shot.
Well, we had planned on having my son’s birthday party on Saturday at the bowling alley but Snowpocalypse 2010 has altered those plans which clears my schedule for tonight (had planned on making cupcakes) and tomorrow. And now I have a completely free and clear schedule to do absolutely nothing since we will be iced (because it would be shocking if it were actually snow) into our house with 4 bored children. My grandest wish for this weekend is to not lose power.
