It’s that time of the year again — bursting bellies and, for better or worse, lots of family interaction. As such, we thought we’d start the day off with a simple question for all of you who are prepping for Turkey Day tomorrow.

What are your plans for Thanksgiving?

  1. doing the necessary shopping, the regular stuff we need, food for tomorrow, birthday present and cake for the youngest (yes its tomorrow as well) doing what little cooking I need to do, and traveling up to the in-laws house in the morning, staying for the day, eating too much, coming back home, cause wouldn’t you know, I gotta work Friday and Saturday.

  3. We have divided loyalties here at my house. My girlfriend will be doing the Thanksgiving thing with her family while I go to my parents’ house. Later, we’ll get together and do our own thing. Then of course the next day is the much-anticipated Buy Nothing Day. We haven’t given much thought to what we might do that day, maybe walk down to the Art Park or maybe get out of the city to go somewhere nice and quiet and sit for a while.

  4. Turkey chili, hominy and pumpkin pie today for us.
